You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Oracle HCM and UKG, as well as between UKG and downstream systems. Key Responsibilities: Integration Development: Develop and maintain integration processes within Boomi, leveraging APIs to pull data from Oracle HCM and other systems. Boomi Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of Boomi platform, including connectors, processes, and workflows. Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and performance by troubleshooting and optimizing Boomi integrations. UKG Proficiency: Possess a strong understanding of UKG Workforce Management structures and functionalities. Required Skills and Qualifications: UKG Workforce Management: In-depth knowledge of UKG WFM structures, processes, and best practices. Boomi Expertise: Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining integration processes using Boomi. API Integration: Proficiency in utilizing APIs to extract data from various systems. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of integration concepts, data structures, and data modeling. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
