Manage cross-functional teams, including Continuous Improvement (CI) resources, ensuring successful project lifecycle management and delivery of key operational changes. Oversee the development and execution of detailed project plans, including charters, schedules, and risk management strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies to optimize processes, reduce inefficiencies, and drive measurable improvements in operational performance. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and financial teams to ensure alignment of project goals with overall business objectives, facilitating seamless execution of operational changes. Develop and monitor KPIs to track the effectiveness of implemented changes, continuously refining strategies to meet evolving business needs and performance targets.
