This role involves handling intake demands, managing follow-ups, and ensuring accurate processing of contracts and invoices. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in payroll systems, particularly Kronos, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily activities in the payroll and Kronos systems. Handle intake demands and manage follow-ups. Process contracts and TAS invoices accurately. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless payroll operations. Provide training and support to team members on payroll systems. Top Skills and Requirements: Subject matter expert in Kronos and payroll systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Executive presence and well-spoken communication. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a permanent position. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Familiarity with Google Meet for conducting interviews and meetings. Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or a related field required.
