The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and optimizing cutting-edge AI models and AI-based products, with a strong focus on Generative AI technologies. Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain advanced AI models for Generative AI use cases. Conduct prompt engineering and implement optimization techniques such as RAG to enhance the models ability to generate informed and contextually appropriate responses. Ensure models effectiveness and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation. Adhere to principles of Responsible AI to ensure fairness, transparency, privacy, accountability, and implementing risk and compliance measures. Continuously assess and enhance AI solutions based on user feedback, emerging technologies, and industry advancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into their existing processes and maximize their impact organization-wide. Manage multiple use cases simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within established timelines. Working from the Office is mandatory for real-time collaboration and effective team dynamics. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in computer science, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. Proven professional experience in AI solution development, with a strong emphasis on natural language processing, machine learning, and large language models. Strong proficiency in Python with experience in utilizing relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g. Scikit Learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch) Hands-on experience with the RAG technique and familiarity with its application in real-world scenarios. Familiarity with Azure AI services is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex business problems into practical AI solutions. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
