Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, department heads, and frontline staff, to facilitate change adoption and manage expectations. Training and Development: Oversee the design, development, and delivery of training programs to ensure that all levels of the organization are equipped to support and sustain the change. Communication Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout the organization, minimizing disruption and maximizing engagement. Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to change resistance, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, recommending adjustments and improvements to ensure successful outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelors in Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Masters degree preferred). 10+ years of experience in OCM, with a focus on large projects and complex environments. Proven track record of success in the transit, transportation, or infrastructure sectors. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups, including public agencies and unions. Familiarity with change management frameworks such as PROSCI or ADKAR. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Los Angeles Metro or other major transit authorities. Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP). Knowledge of public sector governance, procurement processes, and regulatory environments.
