Your primary responsibility will be to develop and oversee the implementation plan for transitioning from our current to future state architecture. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will coordinate the execution of implementation activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives. Drawing upon your project management expertise, you will define clear roles and responsibilities for implementation team members, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery of milestones. In the face of challenges or unforeseen obstacles, you will act decisively to address issues and keep implementation efforts on track. Effective communication will be paramount in this role, as you liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide regular updates on implementation status and address any concerns or feedback. By fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment, you will build trust and confidence in the implementation process, garnering support from key stakeholders and driving engagement across the organization. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the implementation plan for transitioning from current to future state architecture. Coordinate with IT teams to prioritize and schedule implementation activities. Define roles and responsibilities for implementation team members and ensure adherence to timelines. Monitor implementation progress and address any issues or roadblocks that arise. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on implementation status. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in project management or implementation management. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Experience in managing IT implementation projects, particularly within the context of enterprise architecture initiatives, will be highly beneficial. NEA Implementation Manager Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and methodologies preferred.
