| From: Praveen, Themesoft Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Power Platform Solution Architect Location: Houston , TX (Onsite) Duration: Contract In this role, the Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect will be responsible for establishing the Microsoft Power Platform Technical COE framework for clients. Additionally, this role will support the establishment of Citizen Development programs, from a technical perspective, acting as a trainer, coach, and mentor. The position will work with, our advisory and solution delivery teams, both on and offshore. Required Skills and Qualifications: Must have minimum 10 years of hands-on experience on at least one of the programming languages (e.g., .Net, Java, VB, C#/C, HTML/CSS, Python, Web Services, mainframe, web applications, SQL, data integration tools, technical automation tools). Must have 1+ year of experience as a Microsoft Power Platform architect and have successfully led implementations of Microsoft Power Platform programs. Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform components Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, etc. Experience training, coaching and mentoring users on Microsoft Power Platform components, so they can independently develop solutions, over time. Strong business acumen and drive for results Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams. Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets. Good knowledge in data sciences and data analytics and utilization of Machine learning algorithms in automation Responsibilities: Ensure flawless delivery by coordinating with business and IT teams across client. Set up the Microsoft Power Platform environments and related technologies. Establish framework to manage tenants, environments, users & COE Kits Validate Power Platform CoE kit (All modules) and propose extensions for best practices (Approvals, business justifications, regions/data residency, language, currency, ROI, business Owners, Technical owners, support matrix, naming conventions, privacy enablement, security group enablement) Administer security and governance frameworks. Evaluate dependencies and propose DLP policies. Establish communication monitoring and support methodologies. Conceptualize and develop relevant use cases for client engagements: proof-of-concepts (POC), proof-of-value (POV), proof-of-technology (POT), and production deployments Define standards and guidelines and drive technology best practices. Guide teams in identifying technical risk early in the process. Train, coach, and mentor Citizen Developers as they use the Microsoft Power Platform tools, providing advice and guidance on best practices and development techniques Lead the identification and evaluation of alternative solutions. Support issue resolution and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
