Remote is okay but should be travel ready per business need and to address any business critical scenario. Job Description: The clients key objective for the first phase shall be to replace existing solution with D365 F&O, Audit Remediation shall be ongoing. The consultant shall have to own the below responsibilities: Will be the face of the customers D365 F&O Tech team (Platform) during cross regions/functional teams discussions/meetings Accountable for flawless D365 ERP technical implementation - new solutions, process and technical knowledge for Finance. Mixing the skills of Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and Project Execution/Delivery. Work in partnership with current SI to delivery ontime in full Advanced ability to recommend and implement technical solutions for cross-functional projects. Knowledge of systems and software engineering to optimally integrate subject expertise in software solution designs. Providing subject expertise and guidance to IT developers during the software development life cycle. Overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions. Primarily identify if any risks or issues identified during delivering the project; mitigate associated risks and escalate to relevant stakeholders when applicable Experience and Skills required Excellent communication skills Self-Organized Responsibility & Ownership Ability to have the big picture and understand the relationship and impacts Understanding of systems & data architecture Needs to have proactive, informed risk-taking with a winning attitude Ability to make/recommend decisions quickly and fluidly while not always relying on consensus Focus and bias for action to deliver results Project Management Experience - especially in large complex Process and Tech led transformation Agile Methodology Experience Knowledge in Finance.
