From: Sonali Tiwari, TEK Inspirations [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Oracle SCM/Field Services Architect Location: (REMOTE) Duration: 6+ Months Oracle Supply Chain Management & Field Services Architect (REMOTE) SCM & Field Services Experience is a REQUIREMENT SAP experience is a PLUS IMMEDIATE NEED Enterprise and Solutions Architect :- This role will partner with the primary architect to support our Corporate Systems and lead the replacement of our legacy Supply Chain Management (SCM) solution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting the "as-is" state to ensure all integration requirements are captured as we complete our separation from our telecom parent company and transition to our own systems and the to-be state as well as any intermediate states. This position will primarily focus on back-office systems such as Finance, ERP, Treasury, HR, and other corporate systems, with an emphasis on Supply Chain Management Direct Procurement. The role aims to enhance business flexibility, manage technical debt, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure robust integration across all systems. Key Responsibilities Partner with the primary architect in developing and implementing architecture strategies that enhance business flexibility and address business goals. Lead the effort to replace the legacy SCM solution with a new, more effective system. Document the current ("as-is") state of back-office systems to capture integration requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and drive projects to completion. Provide integration expertise, focusing on back-office systems including Finance, ERP, Treasury, HR, and Supply Chain Management. Understand and apply DevSecOps principles in the architecture design and implementation. Develop and drive strategic initiatives to manage, consolidate, and eradicate technical debt. Work collaboratively in a team environment, maintaining productivity in a fast-paced setting. Ensure seamless integration between billers and other critical systems, addressing all integration challenges. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on corporate systems. Familiarity with direct procurement systems. Strong understanding of integration patterns and standards. Proven experience in documenting and analyzing the "as-is" state and developing transition strategies. Expertise in back-office systems such as Finance, ERP, Treasury, HR, and Supply Chain Management. Experience leading the replacement of legacy systems, particularly SCM solutions. Extensive experience with system integration, including integration with billers and other critical systems. Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills Experience in the streaming or telecom industry. Certification in TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks. Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture. Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives aimed at managing technical debt and enhancing business flexibility.
