We have Job opening on - Peoplesoft Lead Experience required - 12+ Years Location - NewPort Beach, CA Remote USC/H1B Only JD: Desired Competencies 1. Must have current & extensive PeopleTools/PeopleSoft Financials Development (PeopleCode) experience in GL/AP/AM/AR/Treasury and Cash Management modules. 2. Expertise and hand on experience in technical tools like Application engine, File layouts, SQR, XML publisher , Application packages, Component interfaces. 3. Hands-On experience with People Tools PeopleSoft Financials upgrades(PUM) is a big bonus. 4. Basic Understanding of the PSFT module integrations and Business unit level Configurations. Knowledge on high level transactional tables. 5. In-depth understanding of GL Sub-systems/Integrations. In-depth understanding of the data structures 6. Real expert in addressing all sort of Module related configurations and data 7. Collaborate with co-workers and customers to refine business requirements and provide comprehensive technical solutions. 8. Proficient in developing Design documents and technical design document. 9. Have worked on Fluid development and well versed with Tiles and Homepage 10. Experience with nVision/BI Publisher Reports Required 11. Should have worked on latest release of PSFT tools as well as application versions 12. Hands on Experience in performing end to end system integration and external interface configuration and testing 13. Heavy hands-on SQL experience to write complex SQLs to fix data issues 14. Expertise working with webservices to integrate third party applications 15. Troubleshoot production issues and provide solutions 16. Hands on experience in developing and testing PTF scripts 17. Experience working with Control M job scheduler to troubleshoot job failers. 18. Experience working with change control tools like PHIRE, STATS etc. Good to have 1. Flexible work timings 2. Participate in day-to-day aspects of a formal Agile/Scrum process, including contributing to Agile meetings (backlog, planning, review, retrospectives, and daily stand ups) 3. Experience with ITSM tools like Service Now 4. Must be able to work with Business Customers, Line Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and SMEs in a professional and collaborative manner to define strategies and implementation approaches Role description / Expectations from the Role 1. Work on ITSM tool Service Now 2. Daily Operations Solving L2 /L3 level tickets 3. Technical / Functional Gap Assessment and resolution 4. Expertise to train staff on Module specific knowledge 5. Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies 6.
