| From: Kunal Bhatt, Resource Consultings [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role Tester (PeopleSoft) Location Tallahassee, FL (onsite) Local Visa No CPT & OPT Duration 12 months Contract Interview Video Job Description : Must-have skills: 5+ exp as a Tester (automated, manual); Peoplesoft ERP Requirements: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in Tallahassee, FL (required); Minimum of five (5) years experience coordinating and planning complex testing activities for a large ERP implementation. Minimum of five (5) years experience conducting testing (e.g., automated, manual, integration, and so forth) on large complex IT projects. Experience developing complex testing plans for large IT projects that considers all integration partners, interfaces, business processes, and so forth. Experience coordinating and managing tracking of completion of test activities for large complex IT projects, with both internal and external integration partners. Ability to work with difficult customers to ensure testing objectives are met accurately and on time. Strong organizational skills. Preferred: Experience working with the State or with other governments similar in size in terms of annual budget and full-time equivalent (FTE) employee count. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, Visio and MS Project. Experience implementing PeopleSoft in local and state government Knowledge of People Tools 8.59+ and fluid page development. Experience using PeopleSoft Financials, Human Capital Management (HCM), and associated Business Intelligence Reporting Solutions and ADW. Certifications such as Oracle Certified Expert, Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), data modeling certifications or other related professional certifications. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Assisting with the advancement of developing complex, integrated testing plans. Coordinate with business stakeholders to establish readiness for testing, timing, and so on for their business and enterprise systems. Assisting with the development of the batch schedule, including making recommendations on critical batch process; includes ensuring dependencies are correctly identified to ensure accurate processing and to prevent delays. Assisting the Department with other responsibilities as requested.
