Role: Mainframe developer with FIS Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Role Description: Role Description: Core Banking Systems Developer** with experience in FIS and Fiserv systems, for enhancements, maintenance, and upgrades of core banking applications. It involves working with various financial platforms, conducting gap analysis, developing web services, and supporting both online and batch programs. Experience with mainframe systems, banking software, and electronic fund transfer modules is essential.Key Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain FIS Systematics, Fiserv PEP+, and SHAW systems.- Work with mainframe software including Z O/S, Websphere, CICS Web Services, SOAP, REST, COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, FILE-AID, INTERTEST, SPUFI, TSO/ISPF 6.3, SQL, IBM File/Storage Utilities, EASYTRIEVE, ROSCOE, GT IVORY, ZEKE.- Upgrade and enhance Fidelity FIS Banking Applications (IMPACS, RM, ST, AM, GN) for Frost National Bank/Insurance, including upgrading to the 2017 version.- Conduct gap analysis and design programs and jobs for Core Banking and Electronic Banking applications.- Develop CICS web service programs for online banking transactions, interfacing with the mainframe FIS Banking Application using SAS/SOAP architecture.- Upgrade and support Fidelity Information Systems (FIS) to the manual version for Savings/Time (ST).- Design, develop, and modify online and batch programs, database, and transaction modules.- Modify PEP+ Electronic Fund Transfer modules to comply with NACHA fund transfer standards for various customers.- Perform regression and parallel testing of upgraded systems, including interface testing and validation.
