Job Title: IT Enterprise Business Analyst Location: Atlanta, Georgia || Hybrid Experience:10 Years & Above Job Id: 746325 Duration: 9 Months Need State or Department Experience Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Performs job responsibilities with minimal supervision Serves as subject matter expert or organization resource for assigned projects Assists in the development of standards and procedures used in the implementation or enhancement of systems Consults with functional and technical staff to ensure that functionality of automated systems meets user requirements Documents business processes for users Schedules, facilitates and records meetings and meeting outcomes May develop and deliver training as needed Serve as liaison between functional and technical teams in the implementation or enhancement of systems Provides end user support as needed to troubleshoot issues Works collaboratively with customer service agents to ensure accurate responses to end user inquiries Gathers, complies, and analyzes data May participate as a member of internal committees to assess policies, procedures and programs Prepares and presents various project artifacts including presentations, meeting notes, business process flow diagrams, May perform initial system configuration for testing various business proofs of concept Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to guide discussions to capture business requirements and offer solutions Capable of interpreting business insights to develop technical solutions Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and work collaboratively to develop recommendations Ability to determine priorities and effectively manage time Preferred Qualifications: Preference may be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the Minimum Qualifications, possess the following: Experience with state or public sector organizations Experience with large scale business transformation projects Highly organized, proactive, self-starter & Proven working experience in an enterprise ERP implementation (I.e., Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc.) Keywords: information technology Georgia Idaho IT Enterprise Business Analyst at Atlanta, GA || Hybrid [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1728930&uid= |
