Corp NextEra office Interview Information: 2 step process - Joseph and other PM plus leader Top Skills Details: 5-6+ years as a product manager,strong Agile delivery background 3+ years in Salesforce implementations/delivery of Salesforce solutions/SDLC Strong experience utilizing Jira Client summary of experience and responsibilities: 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager. Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementation projects. Ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for Salesforce applications. Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle for Salesforce solutions. Experience in gathering and analyzing customer requirements for Salesforce projects. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. Proficiency in Salesforce customization, configuration, and administration. Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Understanding of Salesforce integration process and best practices. Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and architecture. Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile principles. Hands-on experience leading and participating in Scrum ceremonies. Ability to work closely with development teams in an Agile environment. Track record of delivering incremental value through iterative development in a Scrum framework. Proficiency in using Jira Software for project management and issue tracking. Experience in creating and managing Jira boards, backlogs, and sprints. Familiarity with advanced Jira features, such as custom workflows and automation rules. Ability to leverage Jira for effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
