Lead requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements. Provide leadership in solution design activities. Foster collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams, including technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders. Conducts technical reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards relevant to Bain, Contribute to strategic planning activities, Risk Management & Mitigation. Platform Leadership: Lead the design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow applications, with a primary focus on CMDB, ATF, and ITSM. CMDB & CSDM Expertise: Architect, implement, and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and seamless integration with ITSM processes. ATF (Automated Test Framework): Lead the implementation and management of ATF to ensure high-quality and consistent platform upgrades and customizations. ITSM Process Customization: Design and develop custom solutions for IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Fulfillment, in line with ITIL best practices. Discovery & Event Management: Oversee the configuration and optimization of ServiceNow Discovery and Event Management to improve visibility and proactive incident handling across the IT landscape. Knowledge Management: Lead the development and customization of Knowledge Management processes to enhance information sharing and collaboration across the organization. Security Modules Implementation: Design and implement solutions within the Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules, strengthening the organizations security operations and response capabilities. Advanced Scripting & Workflows: Create complex scripts, advanced workflows, and custom integrations within ServiceNow, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. Collaboration: Partner with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation of all development activities, including custom scripts, workflows, configurations, and integrations. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by staying up to date with the latest ServiceNow technologies and implementing best practices to optimize the platforms capabilities. Key Requirements: ServiceNow Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow modules, with a primary focus on CMDB, ATF, and ITSM. CMDB & CSDM Mastery: Deep expertise in CMDB architecture, management, and its alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). ATF Proficiency: Proven experience in implementing and managing Automated Test Framework (ATF) for complex ServiceNow environments. ITSM Customization: Strong expertise in customizing ITSM modules, with a deep understanding of ITIL processes. Advanced Scripting & Workflows: Expert-level skills in ServiceNow scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API) and complex workflow automation. Discovery & Event Management: Experience in configuring and optimizing ServiceNow Discovery and Event Management. Security Modules: Expertise in implementing Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules. Integrations: Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods. Leadership & Mentorship: Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical projects. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges and optimize workflows. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer, with a strong focus on CMDB, ATF, and ITSM. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Implementation Specialist in any two modules of ServiceNow preferably CMDB, ITSM. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
