Key Responsibilities: Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, React, and AWS technologies. Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. Microservices Architecture: Develop and deploy microservices-based solutions, leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and ECS/EKS for containerized applications. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and design sessions. Cloud Solutions: Architect and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services. Optimize performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of cloud resources. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, building, and deployment processes. Utilize tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS Code Pipeline. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality and application performance through rigorous testing, debugging, and optimization. Implement best practices for security, compliance, and performance. Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in full stack development with a focus on Java, React, and AWS. Technical Skills: Java: Extensive experience with Java, including frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate. React: Proficiency in building modern web applications using React, Redux, and related libraries. AWS: Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.). Database: Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB). DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes). Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
