In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing Okta and Auth0 identity and access management solutions. You will work closely with our development, security, and operations teams to ensure secure and seamless integration for our users.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement secure identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Okta and Auth0. Configure and maintain SSO, MFA, and OAuth/OpenID Connect for multiple applications and services. Collaborate with the security team to ensure best practices for user authentication and authorization. Integrate Okta and Auth0 with various applications (cloud and on-premise) for authentication, user provisioning, and SAML-based SSO. Implement and manage OAuth, SAML, OIDC, and other federated identity protocols. Create custom policies, workflows, and roles within Okta and Auth0 to meet organizational needs. Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues, providing solutions in a timely manner. Monitor and maintain the security of identity management systems. Assist in the migration of existing applications to Okta/Auth0 platforms. Develop and maintain documentation for all identity and access management configurations.Qualifications: Proven experience with Okta and Auth0 platforms, including SSO, MFA, and federation. Strong understanding of identity and access management protocols such as OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, etc. Experience in configuring and integrating Okta/Auth0 with various cloud applications like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or other relevant technologies. Solid understanding of security best practices, particularly in IAM and identity federation. Familiarity with API security and JWT. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 3+ years of experience in Identity Management, especially in Okta and Auth0 environments.Preferred Qualifications: Okta or Auth0 certification. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration. Knowledge of additional IAM solutions like Azure AD, MS Entra, or ForgeRock.
