Best regards, Larissa Listing Number: 218142 Job Title: SAP 4/HANA Procurement Cut Over Lead Location: South San Francisco, California Length of Assignment: 6 months + extension Start: 9/16 or 9/23 Need Our client is looking for an experienced Cutover Lead who can plan and execute their SAP S4/hana cutover plans for Procurement. The Cutover lead will need to guide the team and the business SMEs to ensure they have a robust plan. The technical cutover will be planned and executed by the client's implementation partner so this role will mainly focus on the business activities. We need a clear process thinker and a very good communicator who can facilitate workshops with the business to capture the required information. This resource must have expert experience in Procurement cutover planning. The client needs to prepare a plan for procurement activities for the implementations ramp down period. The activities will include Purchase orders, vendors, contract manufacturing, indirect and direct procurement. Purpose The role ensures that local cutover is planned and executed in accordance with expectations and leads to an issue free go-live. The role will work closely with local representatives (inc. external where appropriate) to ensure all local elements (IT and business) are aligned, sequenced and documented as required. Additionally, the role will work closely with Core counterparts as there are close links/dependencies between local cutover activities and those executed at Core (E.g., data loads and core template cutover) Key Relationships Reports to Local Deployment Lead Collaborates and gets functional direction from functional integration management Dotted line reporting to Core Cutover to ensure all framework activities are aligned and to ensure cutovers are coordinated across the deployment Supports all local streams (Business and IT) in all aspects of integration Key Responsibilities/Tasks Facilitation and leadership for all integration/x-stream topics within the deploying location Supporting the definition of key local scenarios and variants used in Data Migration The leadership of local cutover activities (planning, dry runs and reporting associated with cutover) Ensuring all local cutover activities are planned, from the detailed cutover run-books to the wider communications (internal and external) Supporting functional teams as they define the local requirements, plans and execution Coordinating the local dependencies between business, IT, data (inc. data remediation) Coordinating with Core dependencies (E.g., Data Migration, Template Cutover, Global systems) Ensuring cutovers are prepared and rehearsed as far as possible (E.g., technical cutovers for each test and pre-prod environment) Running readiness and Go/No-Go assessments in conjunction with the Deployment Lead (including any inventory reporting) Ensuring the Ramp-Up plan is in place and supporting ramp-up reporting/status Ensure any hybrid scenarios and workarounds are in place/tested and that resolution targets set.
