Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled PowerApps Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a wealth of experience in developing Canvas and Model-drive custom PowerApps applications, as well as a strong background in leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers. The role involves working closely with end-users to define business requirements, overseeing project milestones, and ensuring the successful implementation of Power Platform solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of Canvas and Mode-driven custom PowerApps applications based on specific business requirements, bringing at least 5+ years of experience in this domain Collaborate closely with end-users to analyze, document and prioritize business requirements for application development and integration Take charge of technical projects, align resources, define requirements, and establish milestones to ensure the successful completion of projects Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, assisting them in tackling complex development challenges and effectively allocating tasks among the team Conduct comprehensive testing and quality control reviews of team deliverables to maintain high-qualify standards Utilize Power Platform components, including connectors, Gateways and Office 365 integrations and with a minimum of 3+ years of experience Design and implement complex application data workflows and automated process using Microsoft Flow and Powe Automate Effectively leverage Dataverse, including Common Data service and SharePoint lists to centrally store, share and manage data Nice to Have: Experience in integrating Power Platform components with Microsoft Azure Proficient in supporting and administering a continuous pipeline of new systems while enhancing existing systems on a regular basis A deep understanding of the full system lifecycle, from initial ideation and development to long-term usage and iterative enhancements Preferred Qualifications: (Should have atleast 1) PL-100, Power Platform App Maker PL-200, Power Platform Functional Consultant PL-400, Power Platform Developer PL-600, Power Platform Solution Architect If interested, please fill the below details and revert with your updated resume.
