Onsite Interview || Need Local From MA || Title:- Scrum Master 6 months, candidates must be able to do 2 hours in personal interview after a 30-minute teams interview Hybrid in Boston, MA Must have financial service or investment banking, they like Fidelity experience No H1B Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with squad and chapter leaders to enable delivery of the squad's mission through well-executed sprints Accelerate overall squad performance, efficiency and value delivered by engaging within and across squads to find opportunities to improve agile maturity and metrics, and providing coaching, training and resources Maintain and update squad performance metrics (e.g., burn-down charts) and artifacts to ensure accurate and clear feedback to the squad members and transparency to other partners Manage and coordinate logistics for participation in agile events (e.g., backlog prioritization, sprint planning, daily meetings, retrospectives and as appropriate, scrum of scrum masters) Support adoption, and consistent use of enabling tools (e.g., Jira, Miro, MS Teams) Skills You Bring: 5+ years of Scrum Master experience, across several Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban etc, and driving projects to successful completion Working experience of using collaboration tools like Miro, Jira and Confluence Financial services experience preferred Excellent communication and people-interaction skills that can rapidly build trust and positively influence others at all levels of the organization Demonstration of a continuous improvement approach Proven change agent capable of coaching agile practices to teams and individuals from across different functions, experiences and geographies as they work through new and unfamiliar situations Effective facilitator who can brainstorm with the team to generate solutions that address challenges and roadblocks to accelerating value delivery Intellectually curious and passionate about learning new skills, and model a culture of continuous learning, mentoring and coaching Note - We cannot pull employees who are currently working from Fidelity or CRD, unless they are already scheduled to end a project or are being laid off. Scope: This is a 6 month contract to cover a maternity leave. At this time I am not aware of additional plans to extend but that could be subject to change. They'd like to get this going asap because the current SM is going on leave in January so they would like to have some overlap of the 2 resources.
