A strong problem solver. Minimum 10 years network engineering experience Minimum 5 years hands on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls. Extensive knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, or IS-IS Extensive knowledge of overlay technologies such as IPSec, VxLAN, MPLS, and Cloud deployments Hands on experience configuring and troubleshooting routers/switches, firewalls, load-balancers, and Wi-Fi solutions Strong understanding of traffic flow across complex network deployments; able to identify issues from a physical link through to application level Cisco CCNP or Arista ACE level 5 or equivalent professional certifications. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure. Extensive knowledge of overlay technologies such as IPSec, VxLAN, MPLS, and Cloud deployments Responsibilities Design, Build and optimize existing Data Center network and WAN network environment. Possess detailed understanding of Cisco EVPN VXLAN multi-site design and implementation in a large-scale enterprise Data Center. Work with various project teams to support migration to SDWAN. Level 2,3 support of the DC and enterprise network. Work on network transformation and migration projects as needed. You communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and team members and provide constructive feedback when needed. Generate conceptual, logical, and physical network architectures, test plans, requirements, use cases, and interface control documents to ensure the design and delivery of network LAN/WAN architecture that conforms to application and user requirements. Develop appropriate metrics to measure the monitoring program and related process as directed by management. Creating and implementing configuration standards, policies, and/or procedures for improved operations and management.
