| From: Shubham Choudhary, Quantum World Technologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title : Workday Payroll Functional Consultant Location : Onsite (New York, NY) Interview : Phone/Video Job Description: Workday Payroll Manager Key Areas of Responsibility Master at least 2 modules in the Workday PATTS (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking / Scheduling) product suite Perform the following on a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing. Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday. Assist the Integration Consulting team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions. Understand Workdays Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements. Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions. Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants. Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of functional experience in US Payroll and/or Time Tracking, Absence or Scheduling 3+ years Consulting experience. English communication skills, written and verbal Other Qualifications Experience in implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar applications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Passion for customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities. Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training. Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously a plus.
