As a UI Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and visual appeal. Responsibilities: Define and implement the overall UI architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Develop design systems and component libraries to promote consistency and efficiency in UI development. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies. Mentor and guide junior team members in UI design and development best practices. Qualifications: Strong experience in UI/UX design and development, with a focus on modern web technologies. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and popular UI frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. Deep understanding of user experience principles and best practices. Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with design systems and component libraries. Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines. Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design.
