Sr. Business Analyst REMOTE 4-6+ month contract (can go long term) American born native citizen The Senior Business Analyst (SBA) plays a key role within ATIs development and operations team, acting as the liaison between IT and business stakeholders. The SBA leads the capture of project requirements, provides documentation for product materials, and ensures alignment between IT solutions and business objectives. Success Factors: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong knowledge of ETL technologies (SQL, SSIS, Azure Data Factory). Experience with IPaaS development, specifically Boomi. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban). Experience with Agile Project Management tools like JIRA and DevOps. Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and data exchange protocols (EDI, HL7). Experience writing requirements for UI and application updates. Core Duties: Collaborate with the Project Manager on project planning and RACI for goal alignment. Lead design sessions and gather requirements from business stakeholders and vendors. Develop technical documentation with the software engineering team and solution architects. Design workflows, mock-ups, or diagrams for the development team. Manage the project requirements process, write/review requirements, approve development and QA completion, and contribute to training plans. Oversee bug triage and scope requirements for phased releases. Advise QA and Business teams on test cases.
