Job Title: AWS DEVOPS Location: Chicago or Houston must be able to come on site as needed Duration: 12 months Work Authorization: Citizens and Green card holders MOI: Skype JOB DESCRIPTION: DevOps JD for UAL Must-have Large teams, jumping from different teams at an enterprise level for project support Communication and ability to navigate issues with the team AWS DevOps CI/CD in this space - EKS, Lambda, S3 etc. Jenkins on Team city or Circle CI any of these are fine Helm or any CD tool Git or Bit Bucket - either is okay Kubernetes experience Enterprise cloud applications **really want them to have this. Plus- If they have some AZURE Location Chicago is preferred. Houston 2nd remote acceptable if all requirements met As a United Airlines Senior DevOps Engineer, you will bring your exceptional cloud engineering experience to our team to drive security, reliability, and maintainability of our AWS cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on, technical role. Requirements: Good hands on experience with AWS Services like (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Cloud Trail, Cloud Front, Lambda, EKS, ECS, and IAM Roles etc.) Able to understand Cloud Formation Templates and create Cloud Formation stacks and code pipelines Understand micro services based architecture and working experience with Docker and Kubernetes preferably on cloud EKS/AKS/GKE. Working experience on Kubernetes add-ons and tools Helm, Istio and Prometheus Understand source code management and configuration management and have experience in any one of SCM tools GitHub/TFS/bit bucket CMtools like Ansible/Chef/Puppet Understand Continuous Integration as process and have working experience with TeamCity/Jenkins/Circle CI Understand Continuous Deployment and delivery and work able to work release orchestration Have working experience in any deployment tools like XL Deploy/Octopus Deploy/IBM Urban Code Deploy/Spinnaker Working experience with Development Methodology like Agile (JIRA) including Kanban and Scrum Experience with any Telemetry stack like EFK/ ELK /Splunk/Data dog Good Scripting skills with python and PowerShell/bash Best Regards, Prajojita Biswal Technical Recruiter, Vyze Inc.
