Data Integration : Design and implement data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and other systems. Data Analysis : Analyze data to provide actionable insights, supporting decision-making processes within the organization. Data Maintenance : Manage and maintain data within Workday, including regular updates and validation to ensure accuracy. Reporting : Create and distribute reports and dashboards to stakeholders, ensuring they have access to the necessary data. Support and Training : Assist users with data-related issues and provide training on data management best practices. Compliance : Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Experience with Workday HCM and data management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SQL and data modeling. Experience with data integration tools and techniques. Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
