Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports. Create efficient data models and optimize queries for performance. Integrate Power BI with various data sources and ensure accurate ETL processes. Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met. Mentor junior developers and conduct training sessions for stakeholders. Required Skills: 12+ years in BI, with 6+ years focused on Power BI. Expertise in DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling. Strong analytical skills and experience with data warehousing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field.
