Technical Business Analyst (Source-to-Pay) 7+ Years of Experience in Dallas, TX! Are you an experienced Business Analyst with strong technical skills and a passion for optimizing procurement processes We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and help streamline the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process while implementing cutting-edge cloud solutions like Ivalua. Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional analysis and consultation to solve complex business problems Evaluate user requirements and develop system recommendations Lead project management and system implementation activities Perform testing during go-live and ensure the system remains efficient in real-life situations Propose post-go-live enhancements to improve workflows Tailor procurement processes to meet business needs, ensuring integration with SAP and other ERP systems Collaborate across departments to streamline and enhance the entire S2P cycle What Were Looking For: 7+ years of experience in business and functional analysis, with at least 3 full system implementations In-depth knowledge of Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, Procurement, or cloud solutions like Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, etc. Strong project management skills and the ability to act as a functional lead Expertise in one or more ERP applications (e.g., SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle) SQL proficiency for data analysis and integration with existing systems Excellent teaming, process improvement, and change management skills Why This Role is Important: In this role, you'll have the opportunity to drive business transformation, improving procurement efficiency and automating workflows. Your knowledge of the entire Source-to-Pay (S2P) process will help tailor the Ivalua tool to the company's needs, ensuring smooth integration with SAP.
