Key Responsibilities: ERP & Systems Integration Implement and manage ERP platforms integrating processing, logistics, sales, and HRIS/Payroll systems (e.g., UKG). Work with bolt-on systems such as TMS (MercuryGate), EDI, and seafood-specific software (ParityFactory). Supply Chain & Distribution Manage end-to-end supply chain from ocean resource harvesting to distribution. Handle warehouse systems with features like license plate inventory, catch weight, voice pick, load building, and cross-docking. Oversee logistics involving freight, 3PL, frozen/fresh distribution, and internal/external transport providers. Manufacturing & Processing Oversee seafood processing, packaging, and real-time tracking operations. Ensure compliance with FDA traceability, labeling, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with aquaculture and protein processing is a plus. Financial & Pricing Develop advanced financial models tied to production, sales, and logistics. Implement complex pricing strategies for global commodity, retail, and wholesale channels. Custom Processing & Vendor Management Manage custom processing plants and third-party vendors, co-packers, and customer relationships. Regulatory & Compliance Expertise in customs duties, import/export processes, and wastewater reporting. Manage cold storage and 3PL logistics for seafood products. Leadership & Integration Lead cross-functional teams and ensure smooth integration of operational systems. Experience in mergers, acquisitions, and post-merger integration is preferred. Ideal Candidate Profile: Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field. 10+ years of experience in seafood or agribusiness, with vertically integrated operations.
