Job Description - Power BI Developer Onsite to Atlanta, Georgia C2C Atlanta Georgia- Onsite with Locals only! 8+ years of analytics experience (ii) Deep Power BI, Tableau technical development skills and expertise (iii) Ability to operate independently (iv) Supplier consultants will be experienced in requirements gathering user stories development, data visualization, and technical skills for report building. Consultant should be proficient in understanding business problems and devising reporting solutions including consolidating and creating new reports. Skill sets include but are not limited to: (a) Data analysis and data profiling (b) Requirement elicitation and documentation of reporting requirements (c) Agile Delivery (d) Power BI Development based on sprint lifecycle including (e) Grooming of user stories. (f) Sprint planning. (g) Sprint execution. (h) Release to production. (i) Sprint retrospection. (j) SQL and Data Validations (k) Familiarity with ETL process and tools such as Alteryx (l) Building scientific and mathematical models using modern technology and machine learning techniques for business analysis. (m) Automate the reports to eliminate the current manual work and improve effectiveness, accuracy and efficiencies (1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (2.) To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure succeful delivery of complex projects. (3.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (4.) To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
