| From: John Richardson, Themesoft INC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: Performance Architect Location: Bolingbrook, IL Summary: We are looking for a talented Performance Architect to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the high performance, scalability, and stability of Cloud Based Ecommerce Platform. This is for US Based customer based out of CST time zone. Responsibilities: Collaborate with development teams throughout the entire development lifecycle to define performance requirements and integrate performance considerations into the design and development process. Design and implement performance testing strategies, including load testing, stress testing, and scalability testing. Select and utilize performance testing tools to conduct thorough testing and analysis. Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for performance improvement. Work with development teams to implement performance optimizations and monitor the impact of those changes. Stay up to date on the latest performance testing methodologies and tools. Participate in code reviews and identify potential performance issues early in the development process. Document performance testing processes and procedures. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to explain performance concepts and recommendations. Skillset: Hands on experience on GCP, Kubernetes, Istio, Dynatrace, Lighthouse, Micro-services tuning, Client-Side Performance Analysis Hands on experience shell scripting, Python to build utilities and manage existing work Experience with cloud-based performance testing. Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., K6, WPT, CloudTest etc.). Experience with performance analysis techniques and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
