Please give me a call back at Mobile : 609-333-9000 EX: 64 or you can E-Mail me at [email protected] There are 2 different positions please scroll down #1st Role Position: Tester with Mainframe/ Automation Lead Location: Milwaukee, WI (5 Days Onsite) Duration: Contract Job Description: Work collaboratively with client business IT team and SI to develop a suitable test strategy and plans for the project Lead and manage a team of test analysts process owners and subject matter experts motivating engaging and instilling a learning culture on the job Developing a deep understanding of the end-to-end solution Definition of testing requirements for the project based on solution Delivering testing for the project in line to test strategy Lead and manage the project using various project methodologies such as Agile Waterfall and other hybrid methods alongside helping with the budgeting of testing projects where appropriate Assess testing risks and estimate plan and prioritize tasks accordingly Management of stakeholders Reporting of progress on testing activities Responsible for managing and maintaining Mainframe systems from reliable operations Manages IT projects and teams ensuring Mainframe systems are considered within the IT strategy Should have exposure on these Mainframe technical skills COBOLPLI Vsam DB2 Cics JCL Management and delivery of test preparation activities Test scope per test phase Test script development Test data sourcing Management and delivery of testing Test execution Defect Management Test reporting #2nd role Role: Automation Architect/Lead Experience : 12 to 15 Years Location : Milwaukee, WI (Onsite role - 5 days work from office) Duration: Contract Technical Skills: (Primary) JavaScript, Playwright, Mobile Automation, POSTMAN, Saucelabs, Java & Selenium Technical Skills: (Secondary MANDATORY) Experience in Mainframe automation preferred Job Description 12+ Years of experience in IT industry majorly on test automation Would have worked on latest and multiple automation tools Review the current state of test Automation Help in integrating tools like JIRA, Perfecto, SAUCE Lab etc to the existing framework Define End to End automation workflow for each of the application services from initiation to delivery Capable of putting across E2E Automation Strategy Capable of indicating types of automation testing required across various business layers and recommend appropriate tools Set Target for the Automaton Roadmap Capable of setting team skills, framework, tools and Coverage Capable of indicating CI/CD pipelines Capable of defining Y2Y productivity improvements Capable of recommending a process/strategy to reduce execution time Improve test estimation efforts Recommend Best Practices Provide solution approach for a given problem statement Thanks & Regards, Manasa.N Senior Technical Recruiter Softcom Systems, Inc.
