Working closely with Business partners and cross functional teams to represent Master Data team for cross team initiatives. Ability to Debug and troubleshoot issues. Experience of Agile and traditional SDLC delivery methodologies Ability to understand end-to-end processes across Systems. Works with business sponsors to understand business requirements and drive the design and delivery of quality technical solutions. Assist in identification of and resolution of gaps in the business processes and proposed changes. Assists in effort estimation. Communicates and coordinates with team manager and business leadership to ensure appropriate integration of processes and modules across the enterprise. Oversees, defines and monitors critical path activities and resolves issues or escalates issues to the Team Manager as needed. Available as on-call support for critical issues during non-working hours as documented in team support schedule.
