Position: RPA Project Manager Location: Remote, or Bentonville AR or Miami FL (onsite ideal but would consider remote for now for the right resource) Duration: 6+ Months Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Job Description: As a Project Manager at Lennar Technology Group IT, you will play a critical role in developing solutions to complex and evolving questions, managing delivery of a critical upgrade/migration of our RPA Platform and leading multiple teams. You will be recognized as an expert in your field, and addressing large, open-ended problems with innovative approaches. Your expertise in project lifecycle management, product development, and strategic outcome delivery will be key to ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to scope. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management: o Lead multiple teams of varying sizes through the project lifecycle, regardless of methodology. o Ensure strategic outcomes are understood and delivered on time, on budget, and within scope. o Expertly manage all aspects of the project lifecycle including Integration, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resources, Communication, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholder Management. 2. Product Development: o Possess proficient knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle. o Collaborate with product teams to ensure successful product delivery and lifecycle management. 3. Communication: o Exhibit polished communication skills, both written and verbal. o Shape messages appropriately to the audience and agenda, ensuring clarity and effectiveness. Qualifications: Experience: o 4-10+ years of career experience in project management. o Proven experience in leading multiple large projects and teams. Technical Skills: o Proficient in Jira as either a Product Owner, Scrum Master or Project Manager o Expert in Project Lifecycle management. o Proficient in Product Development Lifecycle. o Experience with Apptio Target Process PPM is a plus o Experience with RPA bots and or projects is a plus Knowledge Areas: o Expert knowledge in Integration, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resources, Communication, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholder Management. Communication Skills: o Advanced written and verbal communication skills. o Ability to facilitate solution-oriented meetings and sessions. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: o PMP certification preferred. o Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, XP, etc.), Waterfall/Predictive methodologies required. o Familiarity with SAFe, and Lean (Kanban). o Product Management Training/Role Experience is a plus.
