Time boxing is across all phases, Planning, Design, Build and Support. Ability to request and acquire resources needed and ensure that all IT requirements, deliverables (in house and vendor) are defined, such as project plans, product designs, functionality, drawings, diagrams, installation guides, source code, etc. Ensure that all IT requirements and deliverables are instantiated in the Master Plan, SOW and RFP where appropriate. Ensure that all IT requirements and deliverables are current and up to date with IT Standards, Policies and Procedures.
