Title : Java Lead 10+ experience Location : Virginia onsite 3 days C2C, But I have max rate $55/hour on C2C Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using Java J2EE technologies. Architect and implement scalable, high-performance solutions leveraging SQL databases (Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB). Drive the adoption of SOA practices and ensure integration of web services, APIs, and other system components. Provide technical leadership in developing RESTful APIs and microservices using Java-based frameworks. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project timelines. Mentor and guide team members in coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for software development. Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of applications through proper design and testing. Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely delivery of solutions within scope and budget. Required Skills: Java/J2EE: Proven hands-on experience in Java-based enterprise application development. SQL/NoSQL Databases: Proficient in Oracle (SQL) and MongoDB (NoSQL). SOA: Experience in designing and implementing Service-Oriented Architecture and integrating web services (SOAP/REST). Web Services: Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Frameworks: Expertise in Spring, Hibernate, or similar Java frameworks. Development Tools: Experience with version control (Git), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and CI/CD pipelines.
