Location: San Jose, CA. 100% Remote. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ FUNCTIONAL 1 Position: MDM Business System Analyst (BSA) Location - San Jose, CA preferred Work Remotely: Yes Job Description: The MDM Business System Analyst (BSA) position requires a strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts, industry data standards, and data governance that support Finance operations. The BSA collaborates with Product managers, Operational Managers and external vendors to ensure consistent data management and accurate information flow to support core product functions, such as Payments, as well as corporate functions such as Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Regulatory reporting. Basic Qualifications: At least 8 years past professional Business Analyst or consulting experience Preferred Technical Capabilities : (past experience that will help this person be successful) Experience with Informatica MDM and SAP MDG. Strong customer service skills, ability to elicit and clearly document complex business requirements and reconcile differences between multiple business/technical stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding and experience of system and software development, technical application architecture design and testing methodologies Ability to multi-task and work quickly, managing their own progress on multiple projects/work streams at once Experience with master data and data quality in relation to product /data considerations is a big plus Experience in managing small to medium projects is a big plus. Adapt learning new technologies and an end user perspective Proficient with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel Project management experience organizing tasks and tracking deliverables. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ TECHNICAL 2 Position: MDM Developer Location - San Jose, CA preferred Work Remotely: Yes No of Seats - 2 Rate : $60 - 62/hr. Job Description: PayPal is embarking on transforming Finance and reporting solutions using S4 HANA, BW4 HANA and SAC-P platform. This opportunity is for a self-motivated team member who can work on MDM application to support transformation and deliver high quality solutions independently. Roles and Responsibilities : Develop MDM Solutions independently following the key practices of the SDLC. Interact with the Business Users on requirement gathering and communication to stakeholders on development activities. Identify and Implement process improvements and leverage out of box MDM features with minimum customizations. Support the solutions and work with the distributed team across geographical locations. Be a self-driven individual contributor and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Technical Skills (Must Have): Experience in MDM Hub Development on all components (cleanse, security, Packages/Queries, Hierarchy Management etc) Experience on Consolidation Model/Trust Framework/Match Merge/rules, Cleanse functions. Experienced on Consolidation based Tasks/Triggers Experience in UI development, creating layouts etc on Business Entity Framework Experienced on developing UI for manual Match/Merge roles Experience in Hierarchy Management and configuring the MDM File Import process Experience in ActiveVOS workflow development and customization Experience in Business Entity Services External Calls development (Java Exp in writing preferred) Ability to write complex SQL, Functions and Procedures necessary for MDM Other Technical Skills (Nice to have) : Knowledge on integration using PowerCenter ETL with SAP Proficient with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
