| Role Adobe CDP Architect Location Phoenix, AZ (Day 1 On-site All 5 days Work from Office) Type Contract/C2H Duration Long Term Contract Relevant Experience: 10+ Years Job Description: 5+ years architecting and implementing complex digital marketing solutions across Site, SEM, Media, Mobile App, and Email for large corporate environments. Expertise in the following languages and technologies: HTML, HTML5, Java Script, XML, Java, WCM, services-based architecture, REST, Web analytics, content targeting. Experience working in pre-sales and marketing. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist. Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills. Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices on topics such as personalization, cross channel marketing, mobile, data driven optimization of experiences. Innovative thinker and desire to help us build out a new Consulting practice and be a pioneer within the industry. Experience managing offshore teams. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction. Experience producing project estimating, scope definition, resource allocation and project timelines in pre-sales and/or migratory environments. Hands on experience delivering customer-facing solutions using client-side technologies, server-side programming and server-to-server APIs. Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skills. Mandatory Skills: Adobe RTCDP XDM, AJO, CJA Adobe Cloud and AEP Adobe AEM, Target HTML, Java Script, XML, REST Skills: Strong 10+ years of experience in Adobe RTCDP architect. Strong Handson implementation in RTCDP. Expertise on XDM, AJO & CJA. Understanding of Event based Architecture. Thorough knowledge of Offer Decisioning in RTCDP. Attitude towards taking challenges towards finishing line.
