Minimum 4 years of experience in Core software development in roles such Developer, Hands on Technical lead and Technical manager, Proficient in Agile Scrum methodology with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements Understand technology , should help in identifying new technologies trends and help teams in adoption of the same Ability to manage change and coordinate with stakeholders to manage its impact Ability to establish and maintain clear mechanisms to communicate project status to senior management and customer.
