Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst to work on their project based out of Austin, TX / Remote. Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst Location: Austin, TX / Remote Duration: 6 Months Job Description: The Client requires the services of a PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be part of a dedicated CAPPS HCM upgrade project team. The Business Analyst must have a solid understanding of PeopleSoft Payroll or Time & Labor. Hands-on experience in CAPPS system preferred. Required Skills: 8 years Required Experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft HCM on implementation or upgrade projects 8 years Required Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor 8 years Required Experience as a Business Analyst in identifying requirements and creating formal functional documents for key business stakeholders and SMEs 8 years Required Experience as a Business Analyst in conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations 8 years Required Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing 8 years Required (at least 4) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio) 2 years Preferred Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials 2 years Preferred Experience with PeopleSoft HCN 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor 2 years Preferred Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) 2 years Preferred Experience with SharePoint 1 yearPreferred Experience with Jira 1 Preferred Experience working with the Scrum framework Please send your updated word format resume along with your best contact details.
