Mandatory Qualification: Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Specialist Five or more years of experience as a Scrum Master and leading agile teams. Desirable Qualifications: Five or more years of experience in agile methodologies preferably Scrum framework. Five or more years working experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar. Five or more years working experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM). Bachelor's degree in Business, computer science, engineering or a related field.
