This team member is part of the AI Labs organization and will build new Gen AI based experiences both in-house and in-collaboration with strategic partners. You will get to work on industry leading solutions and be at the forefront of this emerging platform. What you'll do: * Design, build, test and deploy cutting edge solutions at scale, impacting millions of customers worldwide. * Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentorship to a small group of highly skilled and motivated engineers. * Interact with Walmart engineering teams across geographies to leverage expertise and contribute to the tech community. * Engage with Product Management and Business to drive the agenda, set your priorities and deliver awesome products. * Writing and developing code; conducting unit testing; collaborating with the project team and cross-functional teams; troubleshooting open issues and bug-fixes; enhancing design to prevent re-occurrences of defects; ensuring on- time delivery and hand-offs; * Seek ways to improve software and its effectiveness. What you'll bring: 8+ years of experience in design and development of consumer facing software. Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns.
