Role : IT PM - Store Management & Merchandise Management

Location : Remote

Specific job responsibilities in the project

1.Support the Business/Project as a IT Tech consultant. Coordinating with the Business Teams along with the Vendors for project enhancements and estimates and ensure the Business Process works smoothly.

2.Proactively monitor the developments that are brought in to enhance the business Process. Responsible for all the requirements Gathering and preparing of Functional Specification Documents along with being the firsthand reviewer for the Technical Specification Documents.

3.Responsible to carry User Acceptance Testing with Business for each newly introduced Process/Development/Assignment.

Each UAT session requires proper Documentation.

4.Responsible for creating JIRA tickets (Epics, User Stories, Defects) and keep updating them based on respective Sprints and Releases. Maintain proper Documentation in Atlassian Confluence as a Business Analyst.

5.Responsible for creating Business Process Diagrams, Technical Diagrams, Technical Designs, Architectural Landscapes for Business Process Enhancements.

6.Responsible for creating the Business Test Scenarios, Test Cases based on test scenarios and QA validation for different projects/assignments. This would also include Regression testing for all existing functionalities.

7.Require understanding of ERP functions and respective integrations along with understanding of Ecommerce/Wholesale business segments and platforms. (B2C & B2B Platform understanding with ERP integrations).

8.Require basic understanding of Warehouse & Inventory management 

9.Responsible for Designing the Future Roadmaps and prioritizing Requirements/Developments after analysis based on Business demands/needs.

10.Responsible for assisting the Team to set up New Stores by helping them set up POS Devices, Software and hardware related assistance. Responsible for Coordinating with respective Hardware Teams to get issues resolved in case there is any issue.

11.Responsible for maintaining the IT and Business Service catalogue for Beyond Yoga, ensuring that all information within the service catalogue is accurate and up to date. Also ensuring it continues to service the needs of those who need to use it (IT and Business Users). Optimize the service catalogue items by reducing diversity and promoting standards.
