You will lead the architecture and technology stream, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable solutions that meet our clients' specific business needs.Key Responsibilities: Architectural Leadership: Lead the architecture and technology stream for Guidewire ClaimCenter programs, managing architecture teams from the client, third-party delivery partners, and product vendors. Ideate and design end-to-end solutions for Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation, considering integration with the customer's existing environment. Architect solutions for large Guidewire transformational programs, typically spanning 2-5 years. Take ownership of architectural responsibilities, including solution design, data migration planning, capacity planning, application security, process orchestration, application and data integration, and more. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Guidewire Data Model and Application Landscape. Conduct architectural and technical reviews to ensure adherence to development standards. Leverage experience working with diverse technologies and platforms. Thrive in a Distributed Agile environment, working effectively with onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams. Technical Leadership: Provide software development leadership to the development team, ensuring alignment with the architectural vision. Support the team through the release of code to production. Conceptualize, document, and communicate high-level system requirements based on business needs. Collaborate with business partners to translate business requirements into system requirements. Present alternative solutions that consider non-functional requirements like system performance, maintainability, and security. Work with enterprise solution architects to align the application architecture with the broader enterprise solution architecture. Create detailed application architecture and high-level design for the chosen solution.Qualifications: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a Distributed, Web-based Enterprise Java architecture. At least 7+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter. Proven track record of leading architectural teams and delivering successful Guidewire implementations. Strong understanding of the Guidewire Data Model and Application Landscape. Experience with data migration planning, capacity planning, application security, and process orchestration. Familiarity with various technologies and platforms. Proficiency in working in a Distributed Agile environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Guidewire Certifications in Configuration and Integration are highly preferred. Experience with Guidewire Portals and DataHub is a plus.
