Can can be in either one of the following locations or if not, willing to travel 3-4 times a year Locations: Deerfield Beach, FL ; Mobile, AL or Saint Louis, MO, They will ask for LinkedIn Strong Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN 2.0) - Current modeling exp. Deep knowledge of BPMN 2.0, including experience in modeling, analyzing, and optimizing business processes using this standard. Methodology Expertise: Strong understanding of both traditional Waterfall project management and iterative/incremental delivery methods, with the ability to blend these approaches effectively. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with BPMN 2.0 modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid) and related software. Training Skills: Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor content to different learning styles. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging and motivating diverse teams.
