| Greetings of the day, Job Title - Core ServiceNow ITOM Developer Client - Wipro Term-Contract Location Remote Must have skills ServiceNow ITOM ITOM module: Event Management ITOM Module Discovery ITOM Module Operational Intelligence Job Summary: We seek a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, develop, and implement IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement ITOM solutions on ServiceNow - Configure and customize ITOM modules, including Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management - Develop and maintain technical documentation for ITOM solutions - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ITOM solutions - Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and best practices Requirements: - 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules - Strong understanding of ITOM processes and best practices - Experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting and integration - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Nice to Have: - ServiceNow certifications (ITOM or Developer) - Experience with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., CMDB, Discovery) - Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) -- Keywords: information technology Core ServiceNow ITOM Developer || Remote [email protected] |
