The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement ITOM solutions on ServiceNow - Configure and customize ITOM modules, including Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management - Develop and maintain technical documentation for ITOM solutions - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ITOM solutions - Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and best practices Requirements: - 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules - Strong understanding of ITOM processes and best practices - Experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting and integration - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Nice to Have: - ServiceNow certifications (ITOM or Developer) - Experience with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., CMDB, Discovery) - Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) -- Keywords: information technology Core ITOM Developer || Remote || High Priority Role Immediately Closeable Immediate Hiring [email protected] |
