The Program Manager will manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers, business stakeholders, and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they align with business goals and meet success criteria. Project Portfolio Management: Manage multiple Salesforce-related projects simultaneously, ensuring resource allocation, prioritization, and alignment with strategic objectives. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, challenges, and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Team Collaboration: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Salesforce administrators, developers, and business analysts, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Governance & Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to governance, security, and compliance standards. Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, financials, risks, and milestones. Agile/Waterfall Execution: Execute Salesforce projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as required by the project needs. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Salesforce product releases and industry best practices, recommending process improvements and system optimizations. Required Skills and Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, with 5+ years managing Salesforce programs/projects. Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ. Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including customizations, integrations, data management, and platform capabilities. Strong familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle and tools (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, etc.). Experience managing both onshore and offshore teams in a distributed environment. Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively interact with technical and business leaders. Experience with budget management, cost tracking, and financial forecasting. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Consultant, Architect) are highly desirable. Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing Salesforce transformational programs across multiple business units. PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications. Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices in Salesforce development. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning, or Einstein Analytics is a plus. Knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance related to CRM implementations.
