Job Title : Power BI Admin Location : 100 % Remote Duration : Long term Job Summary: The Power BI Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Power BI environment. This role involves ensuring the availability, performance, and security of Power BI reports and dashboards, as well as providing support to end-users. Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage the Power BI environment, including workspaces, datasets, and dataflows. Monitor and optimize the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards. Implement and enforce security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with company policies. Conduct quarterly security assessments to ensure Power BI apps, reporting, and related datasets are only shared with the necessary audiences. Collaborate with business analysts and data engineers to understand data requirements and deliver effective BI solutions. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Power BI Administrator or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Power BI, including Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, and Power BI Report Server. Proficiency in DAX and Power Query. Experience with SQL and data modeling. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
