The individual must possess the experience to develop test plans/test cases/test scripts and to execute and record results using appropriate test tools. The primary focus will be utilizing qTest for test case management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Design and develop design test cases for web and desktop applications. Review business, functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables. Identify testing requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage. Responsible for developing and executing Test Plans to ensure delivery of quality software that meets company specifications. Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential issues immediately to management. Must be willing to work from the office. (this is not a remote only job) There may be a need to be in the office all 5 days of the week during specific required periods. KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: 8+ years of relevant testing experience conducting testing of critical customer facing applications.
